We had a customer share these photos of their beautiful deck they built in Texas. The deck is about 900 sq. ft. and is lighted with LED lights; all wiring runs through grooved 2″x4″ railings to help keep the wiring hidden.
The Garapa decking is screwed with 3.5″ stainless steel screws that are counter sunk and covered with Garapa plugs. Railing is 1/4″ stainless steel cable. This finishing gives the deck a very streamlined and modern look. The Customer decided not to oil ( Deck Stain) the Garapa Wood, so it has now has taken on a natural silver coloring.
This project really shows how you can design your deck to match your taste and the style of your home.
